1. Cancellation Guidelines

a. Customers can cancel their bookings for trips through Flexi Drive’s contact us page.

b. To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled trip time.

c. If a cancellation occurs within 12 hours but more than 12 hours prior to the trip time, a 50% refund will be provided.

d. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled trip.

2. Refund Procedure

a. Refunds will be processed within 1 business days after the cancellation request is approved.

b. Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the booking.

4. Exceptions

a. Flexi Drive reserves the right to modify or change the cancellation and refund policy under exceptional circumstances, which will be communicated to customers promptly.

b. No refunds will be granted in case of violation of Flexi Drive’s terms and conditions or policies.
